Hott Trend #5...Head Band + Hijab







I gave it a try it looked cute...so i thought id share it with you






So because its racing carnival time in Aus all the shops are selling pretty headbands and guess what we can get in on the fun to if you be a little creative..






The type of hijab style you wear obviously dictates wether or not you can wear the head acssesories over hijab






the hijab is pinned at the back of the neck then each side is pulled across to cover your neck and chest enabaling you to wear the head band






they have heaps of sales at the moment with really cute designs around so have a look my favourite are from Diva and Equip..






what do you think?? would you give it a try?

    Looks lovely on you mashaAllah.

    But what do you wear underneath the hijab to give it so much volume at the crown? I don't see a visible underscarf or bonnet...

    I've tried this look but head ends up looking bandaged :/ I suspect it's because of that lil bit of 'oomph' at the back of the head.

    Are you Turkish? I love your style- I actually thought you were Arabic. I have an abaya but it's so bulky I can't wear it. I'm Turkish from Qld too, and it's nice to find a Muslim blogger from my state. I'll be posting pics up too insallah.

    I always have loved how the headband works for other hijabis. I don't think I can pull it off, though.
